NY BREWERY

Dassai Blue Sake Brewery, our new state-of-the-art brewery located in Hyde Park, is now open to the public. Our tasting room is open 7 days a week. You can come in for a glass of sake and light bites -no reservation required!

If you are interested in a tour and tasting, please see the information and schedule below. Advanced reservations are preferred but we do accept walk-ins, pending availability. Please see our FAQ for hours of operation.

Tour and Sake Tasting

-Production Tour and Tasting

A 45 minute to hour long tour inside the production area of our state-of-the-art brewery, led by one of our brewers
An hour-long tasting of Dassai Blue sake
Food Add-ons: Sushi or a cheese & meat plate (a non-meat option is also available)
Monday – Friday: 11AM & 1PM
$80 Tour + Sake Tasting / $50 Tour + Non-Alcoholic Drink

-Standard Tour and Tasting

A 35 minute tour of our new state-of-the-art brewery, led by one of our sake experts
An hour-long tasting of Dassai Blue sake
Food Add-ons: Sushi or a cheese & meat plate (a non-meat option is also available)
Friday – Sunday, offered hourly

Friday: 2 PM, 3 PM & 5 PM
Saturday: Every hour from 12 PM to 5 PM
Sunday: 1 PM, 3 PM & 4 PM

$50 Tour + Sake Tasting / $25 Tour = Non-Alcoholic Drink

-Self- Guided Audio Tour: $10

Our Self-Guided Audio Tour lets you explore the story of DASSAI BLUE whenever it fits your schedule. Learn how premium Junmai Daiginjo sake is crafted, discover our brewing philosophy, and take a closer look at our production process—all through an easy-to-follow audio guide.
