Standard Tour and Tasting includes

• A 35 minute tour of our new state-of-the-art brewery, led by one of our sake experts
• An hour-long tasting of Dassai Blue sake
• Food Add-ons: Sushi, small bites from the Culinary Institute of America or a cheese & meat plate (a non-meat option is also available)

Production Tour and Tasting includes

• A 45 minute to hour long tour inside the production area of our state-of-the-art brewery, led by one of our brewers
• An hour-long tasting of Dassai Blue sake
• Food Add-ons: Sushi or a cheese & meat plate (a non-meat option is also available)

Just Want a Glass of Sake?

We are also open for by-the-glass purchases, sake flights and light bites 7 days a week, no reservation required. Please see hours below. You must be 21 or older to consume alcohol at the brewery.

You can also purchase bottles of Dassai Blue and other sake-inspired merchandise from the Tasting Room.
